Postage rates vary from UK, Europe and rest of world.

Postage is £2.00 (UK) sent in a strong protective envelope. Postage to Europe will be £5.99.
Postage to the rest of the world will be £7.99.

Return & Exchange Policy
​We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. supermono13 shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Every item we sell is of the highest standard and authenticity, and we take every care to ensure our goods are packaged and shipped safely.
The goods will be delivered to you at the delivery address you provide during the order process, supermono13 will not be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.
Please examine the goods on arrival.
If you receive the goods damaged, please contact us @ info@supermono13.com or contact us on our social media pages within 48 hours of the delivery.
You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.
If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return for an exchange or refund, providing they are in a new and unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Before you return an item, please contact us.
